Clover Hill Tasmanian Cuvée NV

We LOVE this wine at Kabinett! It’s our house pour for a good reason.
Along with a bright green hue, this wine has a delicate and soft mousse. Citrus, fresh apples, brioche and cream on the nose. On the palate, the wine offers crisp apple pie and lime with a toasty brioche counterpoint. an assemblage of three main vintages to deliver freshness and ageing complexity in the same glass. Forget French Champagne and consider this stunning Tasmanian Cuvée.

Moric Haus Marke MV Blaufränkisch

Our top selling wine by the glass hands down! Seriously, the most velvety red you’re likely to try. Roland Velic is one of Austria’s top winemakers and this is testament to his genius. A blend of five vintages gives this vitality along with earthy perfection. Soft, plummy, delicious. Grab some before it’s all gone or we drink it all ourselves.

Jean Foillard Morgon 'Côte du Py' 2020

One of Beaujolais greatest wines in our opinion. Vineyards are planted on the Côte du Py, the famed slope outside the town of Villié-Morgon and the pride of Morgon. Rustic, spicy mineral laden Cru Beaujolais that humbles many great Pinot Noirs.
If you’re looking for that special bottle to wow your dinner party with this is it.Tiny quantities allocated every year and we are thrilled to have a handful of bottles to sell.

Bürklin Wolf Riesling Kabinett 'Hommage a Luise' 2020

Hard to figure out how a ‘dry’ Riesling specialist has created such a spectacular off-dry Kabinett Riesling. Literally a mouth-full of sunshine. Delicate and ethereal citrus and pineapple notes. Spring is just around the corner and this is the perfect backyard sipper to have in reserve when it arrives.

IF you’re on the fence drop in for a glass from March 15th - we’ll be happily pouring by the glass.

Arnot Roberts Watson Ranch Chardonnay 2021

Another cult winery to show off to your friends. The Watson Ranch chalky Vineyard is perched on a steep hillside overlooking the San Pablo Bay at the southernmost end of the Napa Valley. Perfect for high toned Chardonnay. This is a beautifully harmonious wine with Bosc pear, hazelnut, chalky mineral zestiness and a deft touch of oak. An absolutely cracking dinner party wine.
